Scott Steinford
Founder
Scott Steinford is a respected entrepreneur and executive with a passion for improving the lives of animals and promoting trust in business. He co-founded Carson&Bear™ Dog Wellness Program, a company dedicated to enhancing the health and longevity of dogs through innovative nutrition, wellness programs, and education for pet owners.
With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and nutrition industries, Steinford has held CEO and Board of Director positions for several human and pet dietary supplement companies. He is the founder of Trust Transparency Consulting, a firm that helps organizations build trust through transparency.​
His commitment to animal welfare is evident in Carson&Bear's initiatives, including the Rescue Wellness program, which aims to reduce the return of adopted dogs to shelters. Steinford's work is driven by the belief that happy pets contribute to healthy pet owners, and he strives to improve the lives of animals through research and rescue activities.​​

Courtney Noe
Resident Manager
Courtney is a long time country enthusiasts with dogs being a long-time passion. Courtney maintained a working farm in Boyd, Texas and most recently worked with Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Courtney works hard to professionally tend to the health and safety of all Double Knot Kennels animals.
